We offer services during the process of awarding and obtaining public procurements.
Acting on behalf of the Client, we participate in the preparation and conduct of public procurement by:
- verifying draft tender documents, including ToR;
- consulting about the progress of the procedure and preparing draft solutions at the stage of asking questions about ToR;
- examinations and assessments of bids;
- excluding contractors; rejecting offers;
- selecting the most favourable bid;
- participating in appeal procedures and representing the Client at meetings and hearings before the National Chamber of Appeal in Warsaw.
We also offer drawing up and verifying the internal procedures (rules) used by the Client in public procurement awards.
When representing a contractor who seeks an award in a public procurement, we provide legal assistance involving:
- the verification of ToR with regard to violating the principles of fair competition and equal treatment of contractors;
- preparing draft questions about ToR;
- drawing up appeals and complaints to court;
- participating in appeal procedures;
- representing the contractor at meetings and hearings before the National Chamber of Appeal in Warsaw;
- representing the contractor in procedures before the regional court in appeals against decisions of the Chamber.
